Ousia.One is a non-profit foundation dedicated to helping people worldwide better understand themselves, uncover the roots of their struggles, and access practical tools to improve wellbeing. We provide scientifically grounded, evidence-informed methods to foster agency, coherence, and connection — the three pillars of a fulfilled life.

We envision a world where everyone has access to the guidance and insight needed to understand themselves deeply and navigate life with clarity, confidence, and connection. Every individual who benefits from our work represents a meaningful step toward a healthier, more resilient society.
Who We Serve
Every year, hundreds of millions of people experience depression, loneliness, or confusion, often without access to adequate support. Ousia One exists to provide low-cost, widely accessible solutions that empower individuals to navigate life more effectively and reclaim a sense of wholeness.
Governance
Ousia One is overseen by a Board of Trustees composed of experts in psychology, human development, and scientific research. The board ensures that all initiatives remain aligned with the foundation’s mission and ethical standards.
